Put all your life’s problems
Into one huge bundle
And just burn it immediately,
Happily and proudly!
      â€“ Sri Chinmoy. (Source)

Tied to the stake jealousy hissed
her goodbyes as her life ebbed to flame.
Insecurity shrieked, proclaimed innocence
then caught fire’s wrath.
Anxiety at last confined gave one hateful
stare before running molten into the fire
burning slowly like the flame at a war hero’s grave,
unguarded so all which disturbs your sea-calm
mind can be tossed as you watch,
gleeful as a child at a marshmallow roast
problems oozing to rivulets in the meltdown.

– Bhikshuni Weisbrot.
