In the land of the free
I am trapped in my own prison cell.
The walls are made up of this body,
    vital, mind and heart.
It is in this cage that my poor soul paces,
struggling to get free.
Alas, the bars are so strong
made up of my own ingratitude, unwillingness,
selfishness and lack of discipline.
