My Master Speaks My Name

My Master Speaks My Name

When I hear my Master speak my name,
How trivial seem fortune and fame.
The soul it needs not earthly gain.
It needs His Love,
As roses need rain.
Things we own will wear away,
While spirit has eternal day.
Possessions fade, both yours and mine.
In everlasting Light we shine.
