Half Deaf I Sing
Half Deaf I Sing
Half deaf I sing
The songs of glory and victory
Inside my stupefied mind cave.
Half asleep I find myself buried
under weak limbs of self-forgetfulness.
Half blind I am dancing
On never ending strings of time.
Your pain will melt my heart of stone
Shedding tears of grief – unbearable.
Falsehood bursts
The truth-mirror
That often hides the new beginning.
And the wind always whispers gently
The ancient half-forgotten melody…
but
Half deaf I sing
The songs of glory and victory
Inside my stupefied mind cave.
Half asleep I find myself buried
under weak limbs of self-forgetfulness.
Half blind I am dancing
On never ending strings of time.
Your pain will melt my heart of stone
Shedding tears of grief – unbearable.
Falsehood bursts
The truth-mirror
That often hides the new beginning.
And the wind always whispers gently
The ancient half-forgotten melody…
but
Half deaf I sing
The songs of glory and victory
Inside my stupefied mind cave.
Half asleep I find myself buried
under weak limbs of self-forgetfulness.
Half blind I am dancing
On never ending strings of time.
Your pain will melt my heart of stone
Shedding tears of grief – unbearable.
Falsehood bursts
The truth-mirror
That often hides the new beginning.
And the wind always whispers gently
The ancient half-forgotten melody…
